The Academic Mastery System (online course)

If the course isn't right for your family, email support@courses.easycheetah.com within 30 days of buying it and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked. Please write from the address you paid with so we can find your order.

The Weekend Workshop

If your child attends the weekend workshop and you are still not satisfied, or their studying hasn't changed, Paul refunds 100% of what you paid for the workshop. Email support@courses.easycheetah.com after the weekend to claim it. If you paid in two instalments, any instalment not yet charged is cancelled.

The AP Club

The AP Club is month to month, with no contract. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again; the month you have already paid for runs to its end. Email support@courses.easycheetah.com to cancel, or use the billing link in your receipt.

Your Learning Bottleneck Report

The report is a once-off payment. If something is wrong with it, email support@courses.easycheetah.com within 30 days and we will put it right or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
