Privacy notice

This notice explains how Easy Cheetah handles personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). For any request about your information, email support@courses.easycheetah.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number, when you start checkout.
• Your child's name and email address, if you create an account for them.
• What you bought. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see them.
• How you use this site: pages viewed, buttons clicked and which ad brought you here, through cookies (below).

Why

To process your order and give you and your child access, to send you course and workshop emails, to provide support, and to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our customer system (HighLevel), which sends your login and course emails.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, for advertising measurement. We send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone so it can tell which ads led to a purchase, and we may include it in audiences used to choose who sees our ads.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used. Form fields with personal details are hidden from recordings.

Some of these services store information outside South Africa, under their own data protection terms.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your order together between pages, to remember which ad you came from, and for the analytics and advertising tools named above. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout still works.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
